1st class service from caraudiosecurity.co.uk/amazon - Ordered this item on Friday and was with me on the Monday with free delivery.The item does exactly what it says and my laptop that once had no bluetooth now does have and very good signal and so far no connection problems. I am very please with this item and for the money its fantastic as others are charging 3x this amount for same productJust a word of warning for anyone buying this product to maybe use it for watching tv i would not advise because a major lag occurs, i tried on my Clavinova Piano with my Sony Bluetooth headphones and when i played piano the lag was terrible but for connection either to use with mp3 player or windows media player it was perfect A MUST BUY
